The Story Behind TOUCH

TOUCH was born from my work with couples and relationships in therapy.
I wanted to create a playful, non-clinical way to invite curiosity, expand connection, and make intimacy feel approachable - and fun.

For Couples & Relationships

Use TOUCH for date nights, weekends away, or quiet moments of reconnection.
Let it be a bridge to deeper intimacy - something you can explore for a few minutes or linger in for hours.

It’s especially helpful when you want to break out of old routines or find lighthearted, intentional ways to connect on days when creativity feels hard to access.

For Therapists

Bring TOUCH into your sessions with clients who:
• Are working to reconnect emotionally or physically
• Want guidance in exploring their bodies and desires
• Need new, engaging tools to support intimacy and communication

A simple, flexible resource for deepening connection without pressure or performance.

How To Play

  • The Three Levels of TOUCH

There are three levels, each thoughtfully designed to deepen connection - with yourself, your partner(s), and your body.

    Level 1 - Discovery
Explore new ways of giving and receiving touch. This level invites curiosity and helps you learn what feels good, comfortable, and interesting.

    Level 2 - Invitation
Practice communication through touch. Here, you’ll explore how to ask for what you want, offer invitations, and respond with presence and care.

    Level 3 - Adventure
Turn up the play. This level invites lighthearted risk-taking, fun, and exploration - helping you expand comfort zones and discover new forms of pleasure and connection.

  • The Play cards tell you what to do. They are your prompts for all the playing of the game.

The BODY and TOUCH cards tell you where and how you’ll use your Play cards.

The X card is to pass or skip a play that doesn’t work for you.

  • TOUCH offers the container necessary to gently integrate touch, to uncover new ways of being together, and to heighten your sense of play.

The goal of the game is to play your own way. Play for as little or as long as you like - using all the cards or even just one!

Most importantly, there is NO WRONG WAY TO PLAY!
